"This is a collection of databases and Web-based utilities that I have found useful for research and teaching purposes.
Distinct from most such collections is the Basic Toolkit section, which lists programs and Web sites that should meet the
most common needs of many users. In some sections I have listed multiple sites for some types of analyses because not all
Web utilities provide exactly the same functionality and flexibility of application. Based on my own interests, this
collection is biased toward analysis of vertebrate sequences but links to other species can be tracked down from the
resources listed here. This collection is by no means comprehensive, so if you can't find what you are looking for
