Siobhán Gregg, PhD

  • Postdoctoral Researcher

Why did you choose the University of Pittsburgh?

The diversity of research here was outstanding and the faculty members I met were very receptive to training graduate students. Pittsburgh is also a great city to live in for graduate school because the cost of living is very inexpensive and the people are very friendly here.

Following her graduation from the University of Pittsburgh, Siobhán accepeted a Postdoctoral position in Dr. Agata Smogorzewska's lab at Rockefeller University in New York studying Fanconi Anemia, DNA repair and the health impact of DNA interstrand crosslinks.
