Matthew Hendricks, PhD

Why did you choose the University of Pittsburgh?

I chose the University of Pittsburgh because my interests aligned very well with many of the faculty and research projects in the program.  The University's excellent funding reputation, strong emphasis on collaboration, and research facilities were also very appealing for me.  Additionally, Pittsburgh is a very vibrant and welcoming city to live in.

Following his graduation, Dr. Hendricks accepted a position as a Senior Fellow at the University of Washington, School of Medicine.
