Why did you choose the University of Pittsburgh?

The Interdisciplinary Biomedical Graduate Program appealed to me because it provided the opportunity to explore a variety of fields before choosing a thesis lab. I was also impressed by the collaborative environment of the University and the number of faculty who are involved with the graduate programs and really care about the success of the students.
